Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. About Us

D Arsh Diamonds by Ranka Jewellers is a premier diamond and fine jewellery brand based in Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India. We specialise in 18KT gold diamond jewellery, crafted with certified diamonds and hallmarked gold.

2. Product Information & Pricing

All jewellery items listed on our website are subject to live gold rate pricing. Prices are calculated based on:

Current live gold rate (18KT/22KT as applicable)
Diamond weight and quality (carat, cut, clarity, colour)
Making charges applicable to each design
BIS Hallmarking charges
3% GST as mandated by the Government of India

Prices displayed are inclusive of GST. Since gold prices fluctuate daily, the final invoice amount may vary slightly from the displayed price at the time of checkout confirmation. We will notify you of any significant price changes before processing your order.

3. Diamond Certification

All diamonds used in our jewellery are natural, conflict-free, and ethically sourced in accordance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. Certified diamonds are accompanied by a GIA/IGI/SGL certificate. Details of the diamond certificate are mentioned on the product page where applicable.

4. Gold Hallmarking

All gold jewellery sold by D Arsh Diamonds is BIS Hallmarked as per the Bureau of Indian Standards guidelines. The hallmark certifies the purity of the gold used (18KT = 75% pure gold). Hallmarking charges are included in the product price.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Accepted payment methods include:

UPI / QR Code (via Razorpay)
Credit Card / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
Net Banking
EMI (subject to bank eligibility)

Payment is collected at the time of order placement. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India via insured courier services. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability and your delivery location. All jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof, insured packaging. A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.

7. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all certificates and tags intact.

Exchange: You may exchange your jewellery within 30 days of purchase. The exchange value will be based on the prevailing gold rate at the time of exchange, not the original purchase price.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Post 24 hours, cancellation may attract a making charge deduction.

Custom/made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

8. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds for gold products are calculated at the gold rate prevailing on the date of refund initiation. Diamond and making charges refund amounts will be as per our exchange/return policy at the time of the request.

9. Sizing & Customisation

We offer free ring resizing within 30 days of purchase (one-time). Custom jewellery orders require a non-refundable advance of 50% of the product value. Customised pieces have an estimated lead time of 15–30 business days.

10. Warranty & Repairs

All jewellery comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against any manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Complimentary cleaning and polishing is available at our store in Rajsamand once per year.

11. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, product descriptions, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of D Arsh Diamonds by Ranka Jewellers. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your orders and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajsamand, Rajasthan.
